I am a Corporate Account Director for Chenoa Fund (CBC Mortgage Agency). I help lenders gain approval to use our down-payment products for their home buyers. We offer 1st and 2nd mortgages on FHA and Conventional products designed to help borrowers achieve the goal of home ownership.
Our FHA product is a 96.5% First Mortgage combined with a 3.5% 2nd Mortgage.
