I hold the distinctive SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation and belong to the SENIORS ADVANTAGE REAL ESTATE COUNCIL.

My expert knowlegde in current market trends allows me to price a home correct and ahead of the market and to negotiate a fair price. It also allows me to help find the perfect home and again negotiate a price that is at current market values.
The service I provide does not end when someone signs on the dotted line at the closing. I tell each and every one of my clients to contact me anytime with any questions or concerns even after the transaction has long been completed.
