My name is Steve Medina and I am a Illinois state licensed home inspector. I am also a certified member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors which is the largest home inspectors association in the country. I am also a certified Mold Inspector and can provide radon testing as well.

I am available 7 days a week for my clients convienence and can usually schedule an inspection within 48 hours if not sooner. My reports are computer generated which include color digital photos and are available the same day as the inspection.  They are uploaded to my website and can be accessed by simply clicking a link provided via email. A hardcopy can be mailed if requested.
