Born in Boston, Massachusetts, Seth moved to Denver at the age of 9 and has lived here ever since. He currently resides in Golden with his wife Dori. Seth graduated from Metro State College of Denver with degrees in Psychology and Spanish. He furthered his education by obtaining a masters degree from the University of Denver and became a high school teacher and football coach. After losing his parents by the age of 25, Seth and his wife Dori became the caretakers of his 4 teenage sisters. This helped Seth and Dori realize the need for a good financial plan in addition to a career and the typical job "retirement plan", and led them to the field of real estate investing. After just three years Seth was able to retire himself from teaching and now focuses entirely on real estate and business ownership while also helping others be successful in these fields. In addition to being the owner of 5 separate companies, he also currently owns properties across the country including Atlanta, Las Vegas, Michigan and here in Colorado. He hopes to have Dori retired within the next year and join him in the business. Seth is now looking to "pay it forward" and help people obtain the same freedoms that he currently enjoys in being his own boss and is excited to work with you to create results and offer solutions to any real estate issues you may have.
