I never realized how fulfilling it could be to help someone in what is one of the most important choices of their life.  Whether it is buying or selling, I always keep my clients needs in mind.  I focus on all wants and needs and work diligently to find a way to successfully blend the two.  I forget about me and focus on the client because they are what is important.  Yes that means working lots of hours (10-14/day) and often 6-7 days a week.  But it is so worth it to me when I see the light in my clients eyes when they know the right decision has been made and I know I played a part in helping them. 

That is who I am and who I always want to be, the REALTOR who makes a difference!  There can be no greater reward than knowing you have made a difference in someone's life.  I bring to my career a background as a Professional Stager.  I use this background to help clients who are selling to stage their home and bring it to its peak condition and I help buyers to envision the potential of the homes we are visiting.  Also having sold my own home (as a FSBO) in Tennessee, I can help both buyers and sellers from the client perspective and keep it real for them because I have been there. 

I am diligent, hard working and yet have a zest for life that I bring to each and every client that I meet.  Each client is an opportunity for me to make a new friend and to build another lifelong relationship.  I keep reminding myself to stay focused and yet have fun and keep the stress from building.  I know buying or selling a home can be stressful, so keeping it fun and keeping it light is a major part of what I do for my clients.  Often, we stop for ice cream cones, a milk shake, play with the dog or even stop to see the rain.  Whatever it takes to relieve the overwhelming feelings.  Again, I can make a difference and I do!
