Get to Know Josh Sanders

For some odd reason, Josh Sanders started studying real estate at 17 years old while growing up in the Northeast.  At the age of 20, he began his career in the real estate business as a mortgage broker when he moved 3,000 miles away to Seattle, WA.

After a few years, Josh had the urge to get out from behind the desk and exercise his real estate knowledge.  So in 2004, he transitioned into being a licensed Real Estate Broker and began helping clients buy and sell real estate with a ‘NO Sales Pressure’ twist.

Helping 600+ Home Buyers & Sellers

Before starting Shiloh Street Real Estate, Josh helped over 600+ home buyers & sellers as an employee of another real estate company.  The growing problem he saw was a demand for trustworthy real estate brokers that were 100% on the client’s side; giving them REAL advice instead of high-pressure sales pitches.

So in 2009 with a ‘NO Sales Pressure’ promise, Shiloh Street was born!

The ‘No Sales Pressure’ Promise

For home buyers, when you ask to go see a home listed for sale on, we pair you with a local Shiloh Street Broker who’s not only a seasoned real estate expert but also specializes in representing home buyers without pressuring them to buy the first home they see.

For home sellers, you won’t get a 3-hour long sales pitch on why you should hire us to sell your home.  We’ll just accurately show you how much your home can sell for in today’s market, how fast we can get it sold for you and exactly what we’ll do to make it happen.  There’s no sales pitch; just straight-talk you can trust from a local Shiloh Street Broker.

You’ll feel confident knowing you have a true real estate professional protecting & guiding you every step of the way through your real estate transaction without the annoying sales pressure you’d get from other real estate agents.
