Thank you for taking the time to read about me.  My number one source of business is past customers and clients.  I have sold many families two and three homes. They refer me to their friends, neighbors and family.  That is the greatest compliment I can receive.  I work extremely hard to earn the confidence they have placed in me.  I am a CRS, Certified Residential Specialist, the highest designation a residential real estate agent can earn.  I am an ABR, Accredited Buyers Representative,CSP, Certified New Home Sales Professional, and in the top 5 per cent of agents nation wide due to my sales production.  I am a Past President of the Huntsville Area Association of REALTORS and a Past President of the Alabama Association of REALTORS, representing over 16,000 REALTORS state wide.   I serve on the Board of Directors for the National  Association of REALTORS.  I am an Education Trustee for Alabama Association of REALTORS and a Leadership Trustee for the state association.  I serve on several national committees, such as Conventional Finance and Lending and Housing Affordability.  

My profession has provided much for me.  I am blessed with a talent to listen, negotiate, communicate and solve the problems that sometimes we are faced with. Winston Churchill said,  "We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give."  It is extremely important for me to be able to give back and share what the good LORD has blessed me with. My  Real Estate success gives me the opportunity to do that.  

I donate time and money to my community.  Right now,  I have an adopted third grade class that has never had a Room Mother.  I love it!  I am sure no matter how much "my children" might love what I do with them and for them.  I am the one that is benefiting the most. I give to community youth programs. I help our local food pantries.  I don't  expect thanks  at all for this.  This is my responsibility to a community that has provided much for me and my family.  I truly believe that God blesses us so that we might share the blessings with others. 

I love selling and listing homes. I love the people, buyers, sellers, other agents, well, most of them, anyway! I love the success that I have been blessed with but most of all I LOVE that I can help someone share in what I still believe is "the American Dream", owning a home.  I am very proud to be a REALTOR and will always hold myself to the highest standard so that I can provide the best service possible.
