I have been in Real Estate for over 14 years and am Broker / Owner of GRAND ISLAND REALTY  here in Lake Havasu City, AZ. I am a full time Real Estate Agent here in Lake Havasu City, Bullhead City and surrounding areas in Mohave County, AZ.   My abilitiy to listen, research, present and negotiate are rare in the real estate industry.  Respect for my client's time and dedication have helped me along the way. My Real Estate Credentials

I am currently a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Lake Havasu City Association of Realtors and hold several professional designations. I believe that with the changing Real Estate Industry further education is important.  

There are over one million REALTORS in the U.S. today. Only 37,000 of those hold the Certified Residential Specialist designation.  This designation is the symbol of excellence in the residential real estate industy.  As a member we have proven that we have the experience, training and commitment to be the best in our profession.

ABR Designation - The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.

GRI Designation - The Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. REALTORS with the GRI designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients.

E-PRO Certification - e-PRO is the only certification program of its kind recognized nationwide and endorsed by the National Association of REALTORS. Customers have confidence that e-PRO graduates are savvy about the Internet and that they take the Internet empowered consumer seriously and can meet their online needs.

                       SRES® By earning the SRES® designation, the REALTOR® has demonstrated requisite knowledge and expertise to counsel senior clients through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling a home. Seniors Real Estate Specialists® have received special training, regular updates, and are prepared to offer the options and information needed to make life changing decisions.
