As born and raised Calgarian, Jeffrey Bone has an intimate knowledge of both residential, country residential and commercial locations and opportunities throughout Calgary, Springbank and Beaspaw. 

He provides knowledgeable and professional services for Calgary and the area real estate industry.

After completing accounting and commerce at Mount Royal University in the early 1990’s, Jeffrey transitioned into land development and consulting in the desirable Springbank and Bearspaw market. This involved the redesignation of land use, construction and sales of country residential lots and homes in this executive area. During this time Jeffrey was managing and organizing a development company and dealing with client needs.

While completing developments Jeffrey expanded his holdings into land assemblies and apartment buildings in the Mission and Cliff bungalow area. Becoming a landlord, he learned strong aspects of property management, building operations and marketing. He currently manages over 30+ residential units and is expanding his real estate services to include client property management solutions.

Jeffrey and Sheila understand the needs of clients in both the buying and selling of real estate. Working closely with his partner Sheila Morrison, he specializes in client buying services.  Paying close attention to buyer’s and seller’s needs, providing exceptional service and real estate knowledge is Jeffrey and Sheila’s passion.

Through continuing education, and constant review of the local real estate market, trends and financial climate, Jeffrey and Sheila provide meaningful client support.
