| My wife and I were in the market for an investment property so obviously we wanted a great deal. Shanna did an excellent job of not only finding a great deal on a property but also ensuring we felt confident we were making a good decision. After putting a little money/sweat equity into this property we are in a very comfortable position to make good money on this property when we decide to sell it. The only problem is that Shanna did such a good job at finding a home that perfectly fit our needs, we don't want to sell any time soon because we love it so much. I never felt any pressure from her and will definitely be using her again. Anyone looking for a primary residence or investment property will be in great hands if they are lucky enough to have Shanna represent them. |

| SHANNA AND HER TEAM SOLD OUR HOME IN 4 DAYS! I had interviewed other agents before making a final decision on who we were going to partner with for the sale of our home. When I met Shanna, she had such energy and enthusiasm about her ability to not only sell our home quickly, but for top dollar that I knew I had found our new agent. She delivered on every single thing she promised. She sold our home in 4 days, and we ended up getting almost $30,000.00 more than what other agents had said they thought we could sell for. She amazed us at every turn by answering emails almost immediately, and I have never waited more than an hour for a return phone call, and even then, I received a text immediately that she was unavailable for a moment but would call me just as soon as she could. The buyers asked for concessions. Shanna negotiated them away. Poof. Just like that!
