Kay Stayci, Everyone who saw the house was impressed by how nice it looked, and many commented on the decorating. One person who almost bought the home sat in the kitchen and said, "This feels like HOME." The one big problem area you'd noted was the barely-usable back yard, but we left it as it was. Several people over the course of the showings said they'd have made an offer if the yard was nicer. I finally rented a Bobcat and regraded and reseeded it, and it sold a few days later, to the first couple who saw it! An unexpected plus is that now, as we pack up to move, we realize that a lot of things are already boxed, as you'd purged our house of excess stuff. And I've learned from you: when we tour houses we're considering buying, I'm surprised to see personal photos, artwork, etc. in people's homes.
