| Seth is absolutely the most professional, ethical and talented real estate agent ever. My Husband and I were very impressed with his professionalism the moment we met him. He is very approachable, informative and thorough. He quickly "got" us and understood our criteria for a house. He asked us the right questions and listened to our needs and wants. It took us less than a week to find the house of our dreams. For being a repo it was a beautiful home, ready to move in. It had several bid offers and thought it was going to be a long shot to buy this home. Thanks to Seth, he helped us each step of the way on the bidding process. He gave us very sound advice to make sure we didn't under bid or over bid. He always responded to our questions immediately and made the whole process go very smooth and fast. We closed escrow in a month. A year later after purchasing or first home, we contacted Seth to help us purchase our second home. Again he made the whole process easy and fast. | Quite simply the best, most professional real estate experience that I have ever had - and I've had quite a few... From the first direct mail contact, and the online followup, to the initial interview, I was thoroughly impressed by Seth's preparation, market analysis, sound advice, and confident professional demeanor. I loved the way he showed up, and I knew that this was the person I wanted to represent me and our property. Everything about his brand experience is exemplary, and the team he has assembled shares his enthusiasm and subscription to excellence. The process, problem solving and communication throughout the transaction was excellent. Our first deal fell through after several weeks, owing to the flakiness of the buyers, but Seth had us back in contract within 24 hours at the same price (plus $10K over asking). I was impressed by the quick recovery, and the nuanced understanding of our potential buyers. The downstream execution was flawless, and we closed happily. |

| I knew what I wanted and he knew how to find it for me, it was very quick, and a decent price. Escrow went through without any drama. There were some hitches in escrow, but that's what escrow is for, we worked them out and closed. |

| I am so happy with my decision to go with Seth Rowlands to sell my home. Seth really knew how to price my home based on the market value around the area. He also got me the price I wanted for my home without ever doing a price reduction. Seth knew how important trust was to me and how I wanted a smooth transaction without all the drama. I was also glad I chose a local agent to sell my house. Seth was always available to come by house to turn on lights, turn on/off alarms, open windows, pick up documents, etc. He made it so convinient for me. I felt safe that I would come home and my house would be secured from any traffic during the day. Seth is also great at keeping you updated at all times regarding your home.
