I have been building artistic architectural features for custom homes, bars, cafe's, galleries, and restaurants for over 30 years. I have studied alternative forms of architecture around the world and specialize in integrating wood, glass, tile, and stone into unique features based on artistic themes and customer self-expression.
My involvement in the real estate market is in two areas. Sale of homes I have built or remodeled myself and working with home owners to add features to their homes or commercial establishments that help them approach a higher end market.
Currently I have one home on a beautiful 12 acre forested, view property in the resort community of Sandpoint, Idaho for sale. I also have a modular system of small house construction oriented toward two markets: affordable minimum housing to meet the needs of the lower end market, and the opposite extreme; high end custom guest houses, vacation cabins, or add-ons to existing real estate.
