I’ve seen far too often the affects of poor real estate service and the damage and stigma around home buying present in today’s world. Less and less people bring their humanity into a sale and forgot how to treat someone with care and respect in a high stress, time-sensitive, and detailed orientated transaction. It’s my personal mission to bring back one on one relationships that withstand the ebbs and flows of real estate and homeowner ship.
As a Sales Associate with MB Associates, I bring a unique experience to my role as a Realtor. Prior to my career as a real estate professional, I had 13 years as a Design Sales Consultant helping clients with home remodels and new construction, as well as home staging. As a result, I have a keen eye for quality details in home design and a pulse on what trends remain popular. With no detail too small, I guide clients and provide a fair assessment on what a home is worth to help both buyers and sellers make wise decisions. My design background provided me a strong ability to visualize what potential a home has, time management skills and an outstanding customer service.
Growing up in Newtonville, walking distance to Horace Mann, Day and Newton North High School, I am well versed in the area due to I lived here for 35 plus years. I grew up playing kickball with one of the principals of the elementary schools. I have high praise for special education teachers in the Newton school system. I can honestly say I am proud to have grown up in Newton and want others to share in the amazing experience.
I have learned over the years that everything starts with listening to the clients needs and wants and ends with outstanding customer service; this is the perfect recipe to creating honest open communication. This is the foundation of long lasting relationship which is what I want to create with you.
