I have over 20 years experience in the mortgage finance industry and currently hold a CA Brokers License. I am very familiar with complex loan programs and offer excellent customer service to my clients. All of my business is generated by referral, therefore I do very little advertising. My referral sources include CPA's, Attorney's, Financial Advisors and Real Estate professionals throughout California. Our offices are located along the California Central Coast (Morro Bay, Cambria, Santa Ynez and Santa Maria).
