I am a local mortgage broker for the past 9 years with Peoples Mortgage in Knoxville. I have passed the local and national mortgage licensing test with a 93% average score. With all the changes in the market over the last few years and the different programs and qualifications that each lender has, I possess the knowledge and experience to find the right program to get your client qualified.
I am a member of BNI, EOK, and the local Knoxville Real Estate Investing Group.
As a local real estate investor, I enjoy working with those that have the same passion for real estate and "making the numbers work", as I do. I take a lot of pride in taking the time to explain all ends of real estate to new investors or first-time home buyers alike.
