As the son of a real estate attorney, I have been around the real estate industry my enitre life. Before becoming a licensed agent, I worked remodeling and reselling personal investment properties (and still presently operate that company). I made the decsion to become a full time, real estate salesperson at the end of 2006. Although I have never practiced real estate sales in a "good" market, I have consistently been one of our Board of Realtors top producing agents. I fully believe this business is what you make of it. First and foremost, I believe that you always walk into work with a positive attitude (there is opportunity everywhere!). I Always treat my clients with respect, I extend to my clients the highest level of customer service, and I make an effort everyday to further broaden my knowledge of the real estate industry.
I am an experienced REALTOR with the knowledge and resources to help my clients acheive their goals, no matter what their real estate needs. My team specializes in several areas of real estate; Resale Properties, Buyer Brokerage, Commercial Property Sales, Land and Acreage as well as Bank Owned (REO / FORECLOSURE) Properties.
As an investor myself, I am able to understand the needs of other real estate investors and streamline searches to only those properties that have potential to offer a good return on investment for my clients.
I have helped many first time buyers find their first home. I have always been available to answer their questions and offer guidance through what can be a very complicated and tiring process.
I have made it a point to network with other real estate professionals across the country. This enables me to make informed recomendations for those people I know who are relocating.
