Mr. Steven Charles has 26 years of experience in the mortgage industry.  Prior to coming on board with William E. Wood and Associates,  Mr. Charles was the Chairman/CEO of Vantage Financial Services Inc, a national default management company specializing in loss mitigation, short sales and property preservation.  Mr. Charles has owned and operated 4 national mortgage companies and He has held the national designation of CRMS (Certified Residential Mortgage Specialist). He has participated on many boards and committees within the National Association of Mortgage Brokers.  Mr. Charles has also been a professional speaker for the mortgage industry, and he has provided training services to many national mortgage companies.
