Once we find the home of your dreams, then I negotiate with the Seller to get you the right house, for the right price.

Things that you didn't even know existed to help promote the sell of your home, such as a pre-MLS showcase, aggressive internet coverage, agent-to-agent marketing, and much more. Putting your home on MLS is only the basics. I go above and beyond the ABC's of traditional Real Estate and present your home in a variety of innovative marketing techniques.
