A little about me...
Professional Experience...I have been a licensed REALTOR® for 23 years.  I love being in the business of helping people find their dream home or to obtain their investment goals!  I am a natural teacher and enjoy spending the time educating people on the steps to homeownership or the process of selling! I even have my own seminar, "The Successful Homebuying and Selling Seminar" which I have held privately or at the local community college. 

I have earned most of the esteemed National Association of REALTORS® designations by seeking an education in my field as well as by personal experience in the real estate industry to provide the highest quality of service to my clients!

I have received many Top Producer and Outstanding Sales Achievement awards throughout my real estate career.  I have had my professional opinions quoted in Money Magazine, the Las Vegas Review, the Santa Cruz Sentinel and have been featured on the front page of the Santa Cruz Sentinel on several occasions.

    I received this national award in San Antonio, TX for designing an outstanding marketing 
    program.  I was judged by professional marketing firms and finally by my peers!  I
    am very proud of this award. It is given by a prestigious real estate organization of
    professionals.  Few REALTORS® nationwide hold the CRS designation.

Personal Information...I have been a lifetime resident of Santa Cruz County.  I was raised in a small mountain community off of Summit Road.  For the past 32 years, I have enjoyed living in the Pleasure Point Community.  I love Santa Cruz and the beach lifestyle!  I enjoy sun bathing, boating, photography, body surfing, snorkeling, camping, fishing and have traveled the world!  

My love for the outdoors and water activities brought me to Las Vegas in 2003!  Yes, I discovered Texas Hold'em there too!  I purchased a home originally as an investment and since the weather there is a "beach day everyday" I enjoy the best of both worlds by traveling and doing business in both Santa Cruz and Las Vegas!

I have two terrific sons.  Sage is 32 years old and recently passed the state exam to be an appraiser (following in the business).  He is currently working for a contractor building custom homes while he earns the hours needed to become a fully licensed appraiser.  Chad is 24 years old and is also working for a contractor building homes.  He is still deciding what his future career will be.  I am proud of what both have achieved in their lives and I'm excited for what the future will bring for both of them!

I believe in contributing my skills to the community. My "young at heart" attitude comes from my past involvement as a Santa Cruz County volunteer 4-H camp director for 13 years as well as a volunteer for the youth at Twin Lakes Church.  I currently serve as a small group leader for the Crown Financial Ministry both in Santa Cruz at the Santa Cruz Bible Church and in Las Vegas at the Canyon Ridge Church. It is a 10 week course teaching stewardship, how to create a financial budget and a plan for you or your family's future!

Education...
Graduated with honors from Cabrillo College with an Associates Art degree in Early Childhood Education. I managed a pre-school and taught for several years prior to my real estate career. Then I completed my real estate studies from Anthony's Real Estate School, University Real Estate Programs and Key Real Estate School.  My professional designations required stringent and cutting edge curriculum, 75 transactions within a
five-year period, management experience and an educational degree.
