I have been in the real estate business since 1977. I have been selling existing homes througout the Salt Lake Valley as well as new construction. I am a Certified Residential Specialist. I am also a Certified New Construction Specialist as well as New Home Sales Specialist. I have invested in homes throughout the years and have rental properties of my own. I manage properties of several clients and am a Property Management Specialist. I recently obtained my National Real Estate Advisor Designation.

I have been in the real estated business for over 40 years and I have all the skills to manage a company, sale homes, put buyers into their dream home and have set up a great referral business. I also manage investment properties for myself and clients, so I am great at dealing with tennants. I have my own list of subcontractor I use for repairs and services. I am very knowledgable of the Salt Lake Valley since I have sold so many homes and condos. I also have been involved in the community with PTA since 1980, holding many positions from Community Chair to President. I am currently the Skyline Reflections Chair and have been the Region 5 Reflections Chair for 4 years. I also was on the Community Council for Skyline High and serving two years as the President.
