Why I love working with Buyers: Who wouldn't I remember buying my first home, my first vacation home and helping my family buy their homes. I treat clients they same way I would expect to be treated. I had been blessed with owning a hair salon for 2o years which has given me the experience, patience and understanding that everyone IS IMPORTANT. I take huge pride in protecting my clients because it is one of the biggest decision they are making and I want it to be the best!

Why I believe working with sellers is so important:  Treat someone as you would want to be treated. Selling a home is emotional at every level. You need to listen well, research as much as you can about the property, yet be firm in your ability to guide a seller to get the best price for their home in the least amount of time.

My expertise is getting to know my clients wants and needs. I have a genuine concern for my clients happiness and success of a sale. I do the research to protect my clients. Handle all objectives positively and never ever have a bad attitude. Without referrals in this business you will starve!

Having an Island vacation home myself I am able to sell those properties better than someone who does not understand Island living which also gives me the  ability to assist buyers with that knowledge and its importance. I have huge experience working with clients that are being transferred. My husband was a UPS manager for 20 years and we were transferred 3 times, I completely understand at ALL levels how to assist with this delicate move.

Part of my practice is to keep in contact continuously, return phone calls in a timely fashion and always remember who is working for who and BE ON TIME! I make sure my clients understand each step that happens in buying and selling Real Estate. I am in constant communication with professionals I refer from mortgage brokers to home inspectors, contractors, my office and other real estate agents. I take huge responsibility when referring someone to my clients. I have an expectation with my extended team players to treat everyone the way I do.
