Hi!! My name is Sandra Pearce and I am a loan originator for Republic Mortgage.
I've lived in Olympia Wa. the majority of my life. Graduated from Olympia High School (Go Bears!) in 1999 and have been working in management and customer service fields ever since.
At Republic Mortgage my goal is to give the best service and offer the best experience possible to all of my clients. I believe being upfront, honest and getting all your questions answered as quickly as possible is the only way to do business. There are many different loan programs available. The most commonly used are FHA, 203k, Conventional and VA. Each program is tailored to fit different individuals needs/wants.
