I specialize in residential Real Estate in both Kansas and Missouri. That being said, I am experienced in raw land sales, as well as commercial properties.
I am also proud to say that I am a Loss Mitigation Specialist. I have been trained to work with those people at risk of losing their home to foreclosure, and enducate them on thier options. Foreclosure can usually be avoided and mortgage companies WILL work with home owners to keep them in their homes if possible. It's my job to help determine the best course of action and make it happen!

| Most patient Realtor ever! Worked with Sandi to find our home over a period of 4 months. We were under contract several times and had inspection issues arise that would cause us to exit the deal. Sandi was always fully supportive of us walking away, never made us feel pressured to stay with a deal we were uncomfortable with, and continued to be bright and upbeat and show us additional homes until we found the perfect one. Her knowledge and experience helped us through all the parts of the process along the way.
