Ryan is a licensed real estate broker in Arkansas.  He is currently a Senior Executive Vice President for Exit Pro Realty in Rogers, AR.  Ryan was the #4 ranked agent in NW Arkansas for gross sales in 2010.  Ryan has been the top producing agent for the Exit region of Arkansas & Oklahoma since 2009.  He also ranked #20 in 2010 among all Exit agents in the US and Canada.  Ryan and his team have sold over 300 homes since 2009. 

A native of NW Arkansas Ryan brings his local knowledge into every real estate deal.  He strongly believes in bringing cutting edge technology to make every deal as easy and smooth as possible for his clients.  He also owns and operates www.NWABankOwned.com, a clearing house of bank owned properties in NW Arkansas that is a completely free service for buyers.

As an Executive Broker with his firm Ryan also assists with agent training and other managing aspects of his brokerage.  A large portion of his business has been built by networking and happy client referrals.

Because of his love and interest in real estate It's always been hard for Ryan to put his business in a box and "specialize" in one particular area of real estate.

Ryan is a listing agent for several banks including Bank of America, Fannie Mae, GMAC, HSBC, as well as several asset management companies. 

If someone asked Ryan his #1 expertise in real estate he would say investment properties.  He has worked with a large number of investors and investment groups to purchase income producing multi-family properties.  He has also gained recognition in many circles of NW Arkansas because of his success in selling multi-family properties.  His ability to break down the numbers and assist in projecting the cash flow of investment properties gives his clients the information they need to make an educated decision.

Ryan has also sold a great deal of new construction residential homes in NWA.  He is a team leader for a large sales team that services hundreds of new construction listings for one of the largest builders in his market.

Another niche that Ryan really enjoys is working with first time buyers.  He takes their hand and walks through the entire buying process with them.  He works to educate the first time Buyers during the process. 

Ryan has completed several commercial deals as well as brokered businesses.  He has sold lots and large parcels of land.
