I am a full time real estate agent and a part-time real estate investor. I have been investing in real estate for 20 years, and I have 10 years experience as a residential contractor. My experience as an investor and contractor enables me to provide my clients with an advanced knowledge of investment strategies and techniques while delivering exceptional service. I also have many contacts in the investment community which gives me access to many unlisted bargain properties that the typical agent is not aware of. In addition to my real estate experience I have a Bachelors in Finance from St. Louis University and a Masters in Business Administration.
