Ok ... here goes.
I got into the business about 6 years ago with the objective of working with, or rather for ... buyers. It had been far too long since buyers got the representation they deserved. It took 3 years and 3 listing brokers before I was able to finally get into an Exclusive Buyer Agency. I knew it would be more difficult to find clients but I didn't think it would be quite this hard. I live in New Hampshire and specialize in vacation and second homes in the Lakes Region. I also have a full time job as a mechanical Engineer in Nashua, NH so my real estate activities are confined to evenings and weekends ... makes a real challenge. I suppose that's why, once I found about AR, I wanted to join. I'm hoping to get some guidance, some direction, from the "community".
On that note, please DO NOT contact me if you are a telemarketer or if your only interest is in getting me to join some mailing list ... those who present themselves as HUD representatives take notice.
With my activities centered on the Lakes Region of New Hampsire I would like to be able to focus my advertising in the resort areas out West. So, if anyone out there knows someone looking for a property in New Hampshire, even if they don't live here, I'm open to any and all interested parties. All clients are treated as if they are my $3,000,000 client regardless of the property they mey be interested in.
When I look for a property for a client ... I'm looking for that property "for myself".
