I sold real estate in Evergreen, Colorado in the early 1980's and then took a break to rear my children and help establish my husband's computer business.  After craving the fun of matching homeowners and homes for a while, I became a REALTOR(r) again and associated with Keller Williams Advantage Realty in Golden, Colorado. Since the passage of Amendment 64 legalizing marijuana, I have focused on helping potential homeowners find properties that lend themselves to personal consumption grow rooms. This year, I became an Independent Broker and founded Need Room to Grow Realty. As Colorado stands at the forefront of this economic and social boom, this niche market has brought me much publicity, interesting new friends, a passion for personal freedom issues, and an appreciation for those whose health is a struggle in their daily lives.
