Get to Know Robert Williams
I have been in sales for over 40 years and have been selling property in Summit and Park Counties for the last 12 years. I moved from Texas where I owned and managed a feed lot operation where I fed 14,000 head. I also was involved in the Cattle Artificial Insemination business where I sold to individual owners and the State of Texas as well. I trained over 3000 people from all walks of life about the genetics and breeding of cattle. I was a board member and president of the Waller County Fair association for 18 years. I have been a private pilot as well.
I have bought and sold property in two states over the years and have owned, managed and maintained personally owned rental real estate. I am an owner and co-manager of La Palangana Ranch in South Texas. In this endevor I am involved in the negotiations and leasing of surface acerage, uranium, oil and gas, water, and own one of the largest salt domes west of the Mississippi.
My Summit County real estate background consists of selling residential properties in Summit and Park County. I have been as broker in Summit County for 13 years. I am dedicated to personal service and do not use assistants. I work with my clients from start to finish during their transactions

I have worked with a wide variety of buyers over the years. I have assisted first time buyers who knew nothing about the process of purchasing real estate. I have worked with many professionals as well including doctors, attorneys, PHD's and scientists in several specialties. I am comfortable selling high end homes of over $1 million in value as well. I feel I am more qualified than the majority of over 600 agents in the county. Many of these agents are part time and have no background in sales, management, construction or finance. My varied background and life experiences prepare me to cope with all facits of the real estate business.
I do not employ nor do I believe in using assistants. There are several reasons for this. If I am asked to list or represent a client I feel they deserve my personal attention. Likewise I feel it is unfair to the client to be asked to work with an assistant who may or may not be licensed in the State of Colorado. I have seen many instances of people listing with an agent they are impressed with only to later find out their listing is being handled by an assistant.
I work closely with clients to provide the best representation possible and the fewest problems throughout the traansaction.
