| Best realtor I've ever used! Robert's great at keeping in touch (almost daily updates), and he'll do whatever it takes to help make the sale (and mine had some unique challenges). He monitors the Escrow process continuously, he's well connected to necessary (and reasonably priced) repair people, and he's not above doing manual labor himself when necessary (i.e., taking out and cleaning my bathroom fan, chipping concrete drippings off of the patio, etc.) -- Whatever it takes! I had three offers within a couple of days of being listed! You really can't do better that this guy. |

| Robert has now sold a house of mine, and helped me purchase one. I've also referred him to several friends. He is, without a doubt, one of the hardest working guys in the business. He can be reached at a moments notice and always has great input. With my current purchase, there were 8 offers, and mine was the last one standing. He definitely gets the job done, and the sellers agent even made mention that he was pushing to be able to work with Robert. Not only did he do a great job of getting me the house, he also lets me hound him for repair referrals constantly! This house has needed quite a bit done, and he is always ready for my panic texts with needing a plumber, painter, handyman, spa person, etc. It's a pleasure working with him, and if you want a true go-getter, he's your guy. He doesn't just help you buy or sell a house, he goes above and beyond to help you actually figure out how to live in it! |

| Robert was amazing! We probably communicated with him for 30 days straight from offer acceptance through the close of escrow and every time we needed his help he was there for us. We not only trusted him with our home purchase but we immediately decided to use him for the sale of our home too! I'm not sure anyone else could have made this process as easy and enjoyable. | Robert & Shelly treated us very well! They helped us find exactly what we were looking for, kept us thinking positive even when it was hard in this sellers market, & were on top of it in regards to the whole process! They were honest with us with their thoughts in regards to some of the places we were interested in, looked out for us when a flip looked poorly done & made sure we kept our initial goals in mind as we waivered on what we were looking for at times. Their keen attention to detail & a quality product is probably what drew us in first, but the fact that they kept those high standards even when looking at homes in our price range (which was on the lower side) proved to us that they cared about what we wanted & not just the dollar amount! We can't thank them enough for helping us find such a beautiful first home to raise our boys! |

| Robert Sizer is the best of the best! My husband and I have worked with him on several real estate transactions both as a buyer and seller. | What an awesome experience with Robert!! He is king of the Realtors in our opinion. His knowledge and expertise was evident as he kindly recommended our de-cluttering of our home prior to open house. It paid off big time!! Our little $330,000 home looked like a million bucks!!
