Get to Know Jesse Lennon

I've been in the Real Estate industry since 1986 when I started a mortgage brokerage company.  May father and I started Pioneer Realty in 1989 after I graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with both my Under Graduate and Masters Degrees in Real Estate.  (Guess that makes me an even odder kinda guy than I already am, huh)

Taught Sunday School at Atlee Community Church for 7 years (had a BLAST!).

I was a Top Producing Real Estate Salesperson consistently selling 100 or more homes a year from 2001 - 2007.  My wife (highschool sweetheart - been together since 1981) was in an auto accident in 2006, and after lossing the tan we took 10 days making in the Aruba sun while being at her side in the Intensive Care Unit, I choose to retire from actively and agressively listing and selling homes.

I actively invest and develop real estate and am enjoying teaching my son the property managment side of the business as well as how to locate, analyze and purchase income producing properties.

I am REALLY looking forward to my new venture, Rich Agent Coaching! I am making available my personally written cache of over 1,732 Objection Handlers, Power Phrases and Instatn Rapport, Trust, Confidence and Comfort Builders.  These Phrases helped get me to the point in my business where I was truly working approximately 3 1/2 days per week, selling 100 homes a year AND taking 40% of the listings without ever having to meet the sellers or see their home!  And yes, it was all at a full commission and they loved me for it (translation: I got a ton of referrals from them).  I'm looking forward to helping others have teh same success I had and if interested, please do call or fax for more details.
