When I list your home I present it in the featured home section of Realtor .com . This presents your home at the top or bottom of each page where it might generally be found according to price or zip code. It will stand out from the rest. Only a small percentage of realtors advertise this way and it helps your home stand out from the competition. This is a specialized way to advertise your home. One of the many things I do for my clients.
