| We called Mike after interviewing 4 other Realtors. It wasn't until Mike that we found the right agent. All the other agents where just interested in selling the house as quickly as possible and that meant lowering the price below what the house was worth. Mike diligently checked multiple sources to verify that our asking price was accurate and met our goal of selling the house within our time frame. It was a great pleasure knowing after 21 days on the market our house sold for exactly what it was worth. Mike possesses all the attributes necessary to be an excellent broker, he knows the market, he is diligent, he is responsive and yet very patient. | John and I lived in our house 43 years and decided to relocate to Northern Kentucky to be with all our grandchildren. Mike met with us and was so patient and understanding as we prepared to sell our only house we had ever owned. His understanding of our area and the housing market helped so much. We trusted his advice and he helped us to remain positive throughout the entire process. We told Mike we would do whatever he advised. We listed with Mike on September 10 and closed on our house November 26!!!! Mike's quiet, honest, steady and persevering manner proved to be very successful. | Mike did an excellent job helping us find and purchase a country home. Mike searched with us for over two years to find exactly what we were looking for! There were several challenging issues during the purchase of our new property, but Mike went above and beyond to help resolve the issues. In fact, if it weren't for Mike's help, we would not have been able to close the deal! He treated us like family and I know put in many, many hours on our behalf. | Larry and I relocated from Gilbert, AZ. to the Brownsburg/Pittsboro, IN. area in 2007. We were at a loss for Realtors and could not decide who to select to assist us in our cross-country move. We found Mike Schmidt and was very impressed with his knowledge of the cities we were interested in moving to. Mike was very thorough, sensitive to OUR needs (not his own), and really took the time to learn and understand "what was important to US". Again, we worked long distance for MONTHS prior to ever meeting face to face!! After a "thorough" analysis...consisting of many long distance conference calls, emails, and follow-up photos and listings.... We still had questions. Mike was VERY patient and never once put his needs and agenda before ours. He had no problem "going back to the drawing board" to start the process again. As the "wife," Mike made sure that I was included in on as many of the long distant conference calls and emails that my work schedule would allow. He knew that this was an important decision for our family and he made every attempt to keep me in the loop with area schools (top schools) churches and other amenities that were important to me "personally." I liked that! Long story short....we finally found the home that best fit our needs. It took over 1.5 years from start to finish. Mike remained true to the end and when it came to "closing" the deal... I requested a "counter offer" and he got it for us! Mike introduced us to his family and his church and we are now members and good friends!!! In closing... if you or anyone you know is in the market to buy or sell....
