My properties and expertise lie in Chowan and Perquimans counties. I travel both areas extensively and know the"lay of the land" including waterfront lots and residential properties. My sales have been within the city limits, subdivisions and property out in the county. I am acquainted with town and county zoning rules and regulations, the historical districts and have relationships with managers in both counties. And while specializing in Chowan and Perquimans counties, I am knowledgeable in Gates, Bertie and Pasquotank counties and can help you find property in these counties as well.
