Tim has been in Real Estate since 1974 and has been Broker/Owner of the RE/MAX Bryan- College office for 12 years. Tim has built a highly successful Real Estate office with 21 Realtors who have consistently been recognized for their high productivity and leadership in the real estate community. Tim's background includes the Air Force and private business. He has a Business Degree from Baylor University and a Broker’s License in Real Estate giving him the expertise to support a brand that sells more Real Estate than anyone else. Tim served as President of the Bryan-College Station Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service and has served in other capacities of the local Association of Realtors. He has been a strong supporter of the Texas Real Estate Political Action Committee (TREPAC). He has also served his community by volunteering and being a sponsor for Habitat for Humanity. Tim has also been a member of the Rotary Club.
