Our entire staff, Susan Beard, Escrow Officer, Patty Dean, Escrow Officer, Randi Wilkens, Post Closer, and myself, Teri Freeman, Escrow Officer and Supervisor, loves this job that we do. Our office is not limited to the surrounding counties of Warren, Shenandoah, Page, Winchester, Fauquier, Rappahanock and Clarke. We offer mail away closings, sending documents to be signed using an overnight service.

What sets us apart is the manor in which we organize our time and our files to be ready well ahead for settlment. All of us believe in communicating with all parties with a transaction to be sure that everyone is aware throughout the process so there are no surprises.
