About:

My wife Mary and I were raised in the Big Apple (NY) and have a passion for real estate and real estate investing. We are a tenacious duo that isn't afraid of working long hours and putting in that extra bit of effort into being successful. Our ultimate goal is to achieve financial freedom through our investments. We are always looking for partners and friends who we can make sound investments with and grow our financial portfolios together.

As a technology guru, with over 12 years of programming/development experience, I know what it takes to set goals and to ensure that those goals are met in a timely and professional manner. My wife has been practicing as a chiropractor for over 8 years. She has influenced and helped dozens (if not hundreds) of people, including myself, for the better. The two of us balance each other out in more ways than one and we are made for one another.

As members of the ActiveRain community, we hope to increase our knowledge, build new friendships and give back to this outstanding community of fellow entrepreneurs and investors.

Real Estate Experience:

We maintain and own several properties and have contractors, agents, appraisers and property managers that we like to work with and who we consider family.

Real Estate Goals:

We are looking for single family (SFRs) and multi-family (residential 2-4 units and commercial 10-75 units) homes, as well as condos and vacation rentals that we can transform into income producing properties.

Currently Seeking:

We are looking to network with experienced individuals whom we can work with to expand our knowledge as well as make future investments with. We hope that this can be a mutually beneficial experience (win-win) for both parties as we have a lot to offer in this endeavor.
