My business is twofold. I refer clients to Realtors and Mortgage brokers who suit the clients needs, personalties, and Industry members whose ethics I trust. Secondly, I offer consultation to consumers, Realtors and lawyers on the Real Estate Legislation. This will help consumers know if they have been treated properly and direction on how to resolve legitimate complaints. Realtors and lawyers may need advise on how certain statutes are being interpreted by RECA (The Real Estate Council of Alberta) and what they should do next.

 I have been in Real Estate since 1991 and became a broker in 1996. In 2001 I moved to Calgary after I excepted a 3 yr. contract as a Real Estate Investigator. I workd for The Real Estate Council of Alberta who is in charge of licensing and enforcing Alberta Legislation. In 2004 I  moved back to Lethbridge and started my own brokerage. I am not affiliated with any other brokerage but know members in various firms all around Southern Alberta, including Calgary, Medicine Hat, Crowsnest Pass and all areas inbetween. These are Industry members who I trust to take care of anyone I refer to them, and is not restricted by any firm (I work with Rainbow Realty, Royal Lepage, Remax, Coldwell Banker, Sutton.....)
