Born in Roanoke, Virgina and raise in Greenville,SC; I moved to Charleston in 1982 for college. Starting as a real estate investor in 1990,while working at State Farm agency, i got my sales license in 1994. I dove into education and haven't stopped. Earning Rookie of the year my first year and entering our areas Top Producers Circle in my 3rd year to current day; I am active in our local associaiton and have served of most all committees and forums including that as a director for our MLS; governmental affairs; professional standards,etc. My knowledge and experience runs very deep in real estate having helped an average of 40 familes per year and as an active investor myself (I currently own 20 rental properties). I have an excellent reputation and hold the deisgnations of CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate of Realtors Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyers Agent), e-pro and several relocation designations as well (CMMS,CNMS,etc.) I've always believed (and tell newbie agents as well) that "people don't care how much you know until they know how much you care".
