I am an e-PRO® designated REALTOR® with over 9-years of experience. I actively invest in real estate and consult with clients on real estate investing. I have years of experience managing single family homes. Real estate is my passion. I enjoy working with people on real estate transactions. I focus on customer service and I offer written Buyer and Seller service pledge. I started my real estate career with Century 21 Christian Realty®. After that I went to Century 21 Care Realty®. Now I am at Total Freedom Realty®. I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR)®, the Minnesota Assoctiation of REALTORS (MAR)®, and the Southern Twin Cities Association of REALTORS (STCAR)®. I specialize in buying/fixing/selling homes for profit. I work with a lot of first time home buyers. I also give and receive referals to REALTORS®. I work with Jeff Leighton of Leighton Homes Construction, Inc.® Jeff builds custom homes in the Twin Cites metro area. Jeff has been a builder since 1998.
I service the Twin Cities metro area (Minneapolis/St. Paul). I grew up in Coon Rapids, MN. Coon Rapids is located in Anoka County. I know this area very well. I have flown planes over, kayaked, biked, walked, and driven many of the roads, trails, and waterways in the area. Before getting into real estate I delivered pizzas for Domino's Pizza Inc.®. Where I have delivered pizzas to many homes and businesses thus learning the area.
