While our company handles different aspects of real estate, I specialize in residential sales. I not only work the Harrisburg NC, Concord NC, and Kannapolis NC (Cabarrus county) areas, I am familiar with the areas of Charlotte NC, Huntersville NC, Davidson NC, and Cornelius NC (Mecklenburg county). As I work with all kinds of people, Investors are my favorite. I enjoy being there through every step: purchase, flip, and then sale. A close second is new home buyers. I truly enjoy showing them homes. The look on their faces, when I have found for them the right one, is priceless! A good feeling comes over me and I am reminded of why I am in this exciting business of real estate...to help people realize the happiness in owning their own home.
I relocated to the Charlotte area in 2001 with my wife and 3 children. We wanted a better way of life for the kids and we're sure we have found it! There are so many activities and recreational programs for them to enjoy. Our lives are never boring. Make the move and find out for yourselves.
