My philosophy is service, service, service! I firmly believe in telling people what they need to hear not what they want to hear. Because of my background in real estate education and training, I make sure clients understand each step of the process of buying and selling. I have a Broker's license in Texas, a CRS and an ABR. I'm a member of Women's Council of Realtors, Houston Association of Realtors and of course the state and national associations. I've served actively on committees and task forces for my Board all my career and am currently Contracts and Notices as well as Training and Member Profitability. I believe in giving back to my profession and my community. Each client is a real person, not a dollar amount. Most of my career has been repeat and referral business which I believe is the highest compliment any agent can receive. As National Training Director at my company, I love helping my agents succeed by sharing what I know about this business.

I enjoy first-time buyers because each step of the way can be a learning experience helping them make the best decision for their lives. I have done relocation business almost all my career and enjoy helping people get acquainted with Texas and the Houston area. Houston is a huge descriptive word, so I will add that I also work the Bellaire, West University, Memorial, The Woodlands, Sugar Land, New Territory, Katy and Cinco Ranch areas. Anything in between is also well-known to me with my 35 years of working the area and watching it grow. I believe it is essential to stay in touch with the local trends in price and building amenities, expansion of "Houston", varied types of loans available. I have very strong negotiating skills whether I'm working for the buyer or the seller. I only represent buyers in an agency relationship!
