| Ray Wright will always be "a God Send" to me. I live out of state and he took over a very difficult sale of my home in Riverside, California. He spent days/weeks/and hours working with HUD and it took several months to complete. He never gave up.....and even though he took a loss of l/3 in commission he never abandoned me. I can say to anyone that asks, and I will, that he will do the best he can for you and I just thank God that I was able to have him as my Realtor. |

| Ray took a lot of time and effort to follow up on a negative experience I had which was actually a total misunderstanding on my part. He worked hard to make sure I was satisfied. If he is that committed to providing great service to someone who erroneously insults him, you can expect really excellent customer service from him when buying or selling a house. I've known "Teacher Ray" since I was a little girl in his Sunday school class and now he's helping me and my future husband buy our first house. Everyone at my huge church knows and trusts him. | He was our buyers agent for our first home purchase. Not only did we land the perfect home, but in a competitive purchasing market, we were able to buy it under the appraised amount! | I had been working with 2 different agents and had not been receiving good service or good info for that matter. I went to one of Mr. Wright's foreclosure prevention seminars and found the info to be refreshing, although unsettling. He was upfront and honest and told the brutal truth. He assisted me with trying to get a loan modification and when the bank wouldn't help, Mr. Wright did a short sale on my home. Everything worked out just as he said and now I'm on my way to getting back on track to home ownership in the future. I will definitely go back to Ray Wright when I'm ready to buy again. | I met Ray thru church and he was my daughter's favorite sunday school teacher. When i went thru financial struggles, I really didn;t want to deal with someone I knew. But he made me feel at ease and I could tell I could trust him. He did a short sale and when I'm ready to buy again, I'll be going back to Ray for sure. |
