Get to Know Raye Mayhorn
My journey in real estate started in Nov 1979 as a young private in the army. That day I made that faithful decision to get out of the military and get a job where I could make $5,000 a month. Being 24 years old, that seemed like an enormous amount of money since I was only making $895 at the time.
I figured if I earned $5,000 a month I could drive a Corvette, live in a really nice condo, wear short skirted suits and carry a briefcase....WRONG!
I had no idea that I had to become a door knocking, phone calling, floor duty having, buyer hauling, seller crying, broke real estate agent before I hit the BIG TIME.
Well I have paid my dues and paid it forward...I spent the last 33 years of my life learning, growing, sharing, teaching, giving and eventually owing a brokerage to help other hopeful real estate agents reach for their dreams.
You should know that I love God, small dogs and Pitt Bulls, Spicy Mexican food, SportStar Relocation, Gypsy Kings, my MFO family, the Military, my only grandbaby Jaylen and of course High Volume Selling.
The one thing I know, the money takes care of itself, if you take care of the clients!

Actually I have two jobs, the first being a a high volume, sales professional that works in the residential and commercial space. The other is being an active, working broker/owner.
My expertise is mentoring and coaching strong salesman and saleswomen. I have the following designations, Broker, CRB, CRS, GRI, RRC, ICRT, ABR, ALHS, RPDpro. My career started in 1979 while I was stationed by the US Army at Fort Huachuca in Sierra Vista AZ. My first company was ERA Goodman Real Estate, I've worked at several Franchises, independent companies and now I currently own territories with Realty Executives franchises in Killeen, Harker Heights, Nolanville, Copperas Cove, Lampasas, Texas
I am a member of the Mike Ferry Organization and his "One on One" Management program. We are a Mike Ferry Office and we use their Sales System to help our Executives have a profitable and Predictable Career. Yes, I have a very long resume and I'll send it to you if you just love to read.
The one thing I have learned along the way is "You have to pay the cost to be the boss" or as Lee Iococca would say "Lead, Follow or Get the hell out of the way!"
