With a Masters degree in Business Economics in the suitcase Rasmus arrived in Perth in 2002 from Denmark. Soon after he found himself starting Freja Hairstylists in East Perth with a fellow Danish mate. 2 years later Freja Hairstylists was sold and shortly after that they started a bookkeeping agency for small businesses. During this time Rasmus was also the top national business development manager for Country Fried Chicken.
Next up, Rasmus was the co-founder of myhq, a boutique serviced office in the heart of Perth. However, a newly wed Rasmus decided to have a life style change with a view to having a more family orientated life style. He left myhq to join the successful team at LJ Hooker Victoria Park after being encouraged to join the real estate profession by several people.
Sales and marketing has always suited Rasmus. His natural ability for matching people and his genuine ability to connect with every man and his dog makes him a strong real estate agent. The ability to exceed expectations is very important to Rasmus and with his systematic approach Rasmus is sure not to miss a beat when dealing with people. This was proven shortly after commencing with LJ Hooker as Rasmus sold his first property within 5 days of listing the property. Subsequently, Rasmus has listed and sold a number of properties in Carlisle, Rivervale, Nollamara and Maylands to name a few.
When dealing with Rasmus, you will be informed of what is involved in selling your property in plain English. He will help you research and review your property to get it ready for listing. During the selling stage he will work with you to work out and execute a marketing strategy you are comfortable with. He will take care of your home opens and he will provide you with timely market feedback. Once your property is under offer he will continue to provide updates on approvals, final inspections  and settlement.
Rasmus’ latest initiative is the creation of the Danes in Perth social and business network. Danes in Perth connects and assists new arrivals from Denmark in getting settled and feeling welcome in Australia. The network has grown to become the fastest growing Danish network in Australia in less than 12 months. In his spare time, Rasmus enjoys golfing and kayaking on the Swan River and spending time with his young family, his pets and his friends.
