Get to Know Rachel Ryan
Originally from the San Fransisco Bay Area, I first layed eyes on the Yampa Valley while on a family camping trip. For us, one look was all it took, and I started school in Steamboat less than a month later. I then graduated from Steamboat Springs High School and the University of Colorado at Boulder. After finishing my degree in history, I combined several of my passions in a trip to South America. While participating in a real estate internship in Vina del Mar, I was able to live and work abroad, improve my Spanish, and learn more about real estate! Upon my return to Colorado, I worked as a fuels analyst in Boulder, but knew I would eventually return to Steamboat and to real estate. Now here I am, living the dream in downtown Steamboat Springs. I love to take advantage of all this area has to offer. I am an avid skier, runner, and mountain biker. I also try to stay involved in the community whether it be helping coach the Little League girls softball team, volunteering with my therapy dog, Hallie, or volunteering at the local triathlons and bike races.
