Purple House Properties is a real estate investment company involved in all types of transactions. The name was inspired by my favorite childhood book "Mr Pine's Purple House" about a home owner trying to express his individuality among his neighbors all the while inspiring them to do the the same. We strive to beautify where there has been neglect (our fix and flips) and add peace where there has been unrest (wraps and seller financing). We rehab houses and rehab loans!
