In 1968, Bill Holmes established Holmes & Kennedy in the heart of Chappaqua. His goal was to create a major force in real estate by building a team of trained professionals who reside in and are dedicated to their community.  Our Pleasantville office opened in 1986 to handle the area's rapid expansion. Continued growth in the Tri-Town area led to the opening of our Armonk office in 1994.  In 2004, Holmes & Kennedy affiliated with Prudential Real Estate in order to provide buyers and sellers with a vast array of services that set industry standards.  The addition of offices in Katonah and Somers, also in 2004, increased our coverage of Northern Westchester into Putnam County.  Our newest office in Bedford opened its doors in early 2007. 

Our expansion into the surrounding towns of Pleasantville, Armonk, Bedford, Katonah and Somers has maintained the company's philosophy of building local management teams who are dedicated to a focused approach and quality of service that is the hallmark of the Prudential Holmes & Kennedy Real Estate experience.
