After playing the "music" industry game for years I kept seeing fellow singer/songwriters blowing their hard earned checks on anything and everything besides the one thing that would make them money... Real estate! So I left the business and relicensed in Nashville to help my friends invest in buying, renovating, flipping houses and tax strategies to KEEP more of it! 

In 2010 I turned my attention to Brokering a nationally franchised company and training new agents. I realized the disconnect was directly related to the education, level of experience to their transaction count. Somthing had to change!!! I needed to educated a better way of doing business so for the past 7 years I have been teaching, training and mentoring agents in the art of real estate. My largest contribution has been getting video and soical media ( a place where over 80% of new website trafffic for business in 2018) came from. Lets do this. I am out to help as many REALTORS as I possible can and leave an impact on the real estate industry.
