Get to Know Paula Roberts
I have been a Realtor for more than 8years now. I have assisted many home buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of their homes. I have quite a bit of experience in representing both the buyers and sellers. I have had good luck on both the listing side and selling side. In my first year of being a Realtor I received the Rising Star award which is given to agents who have showed great potential for future success.I In 2012 I received the International Presidents Circle Award through Coldwell Banker Kinard Realty. In 2013 I received the Becky Kenney Community Service Award. I currently live in Dalton Georgia and am licensed with the Georgia Real Estate Commission. Certifications
I currently specialize in working with Residential Customers however, I have experience in working with Commercial property, Land listings and sales as well as working with builders who have built homes and need to get them sold so more can be built. I also have quite a bit of experience in dealing with foreclosures and working with Lenders assisting sellers with Short Sales.
